Welcome to CIO Passions.

Some of you know us and have been a part of our earlier engagements but for those who are hearing of us for the first time here is a brief introduction...

At CTO Forum we wish to engage with you beyond just professional programmes and establish a true community connect. CIO Passions encourages, participates with and provides a platform for CIOs to share with their peers their hobbies, interests and passions.

CTOFORUM along with Cisco Presents CIO Passions - Cartoonography, a truly collaborative caption writing competition where we invite all CIOs to share their past experiences in dealing with the ever evolving and all critical data centre with us over the next few weeks. 

So go through your diaries and think about all those haranguing experiences in the server room which have kept you awake many a night – quite literally untangling wire meshes and measuring the ever-evasive efficiency. What’s more, there will be winners each week for the funniest entries....

Competition Rules:

Competitions are subject to the privacy policy and website terms and conditions of 9.9 Media.

The following rules shall apply, together with any instructions or rules specific to any current competition. By entering any of our competitions, you are deemed to have accepted the following:

Competitions entries are by invitation only (limited to senior technology professionals of invited companies) except for 9.9 Media employees and their relatives, and anyone professionally connected with the prize offered in this competition. 9.9 Media reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

To qualify for and be entered into any of our competitions, you must submit your entries in the specified format and answer the specific competition question or questions correctly.

By taking part in the competition, you warrant that all information submitted is true, current and complete at the time of submission. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your details and e-mail address are accurate, and that 9.9 Media (CTO Forum) is informed of any changes to these. 9.9 Media accepts no responsibility for any changes which are not properly notified from the time of submission of your entry to the time of notification that the prize has been awarded.

All entries are the property of 9.9 Media. By entering the competition, you thereby assign absolutely the copyright and all other rights in the entry for the full period of the copyright.

9.9 Media reserves the right to disqualify your entry if it is incomplete or if there are reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any of these rules.

Prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. 9.9 Media reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.

All taxes, insurances, transfers and other expenses resulting from the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.

Failure to claim a prize within the time or in the manner specified may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternative winner.

9.9 Media reserves the right to alter, amend or close the competition as necessary.

In the case of any disputes regarding these rules, or the rules or instructions of a specific competition, the decision of 9.9 Media will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
