Fujitsu Cloud Service Now Available on Salesforce AppExchange
Fujitsu has announced that its application development and integration service offerings are now listed on the salesforce.com AppExchange.
Service offerings that Fujitsu has made available to salesforce.com customers via the AppExchange include, Salesforce Automation (SFA), which provides a solution for sales process, client interactions, opportunity management, lead routing, sales forecasts/performance, and integration with back-office applications, Service and Support solution for call/support center management with client-facing, knowledgebase and integration options.
Fujitsu will also provide extended support, which provides clients the tailored support and expertise they need for their customized Salesforce CRM deployments. The Fujitsu support team provides the advice and has the ability to design and develop customizations beyond typical in-house support capabilities.
Application Modernization which provides review of a client's deployment by experts, and also provides a report prioritizing issues and offering recommendations, will also be offered through Salesforce.com.
