Peter Knight Joins GlobalCollect as Chief Technology Officer

GlobalCollect announced today the appointment of Peter Knight to the
role of CTO. In this newly-created role, Mr. Knight will be reporting
into Thomas P. Staudt, CEO of GlobalCollect, while also working closely
with the Executive Council to develop GlobalCollect’s single-interface payment
platform WebCollect

and related technology
solutions
further.

Mr. Knight will be joining GlobalCollect from his previous role as Chief
Information Officer of ING Direct UK. As an accomplished technology
executive with a strong focus on how IT impacts overall business
performance, he held senior management positions at Capital One, Goldman
Sachs, and the Financial Services Authority in the UK prior to the
above. He has extensive experience in leading large technology teams and
a strong international business background having previously worked in
the US, Asia, and Europe.
