Sify Launches Mylife Consumer Cloud Service

Claims to be India's first consumer cloud services platform

Sify Technologies Limited has launched India's first consumer cloud services platform, branded Sify mylife. Services offered by Sify mylife include communication, education, travel, entertainment and utility, with enhanced cyber security.
Sify mylife will empower cybercafes with:
Regulatory cyber security measures
Cybercafe management and governance
Digital lifestyle offerings for end consumers
Online Test Centre
Sify Talk: ISD Calling
Online Advertising and Brand engagement platform
With this launch, an end-consumer can connect to Sify mylife from any Cybercafe that is Mylife enabled. While Sify e-ports (cybercafes) are cloud-access-ready, any of the 1.6 Lakh shared internet access points in India like cybercafes can also connect to Sify mylife either through a Sify Broadband connection or a specially designed 'Sify Edge device'. Sify mylife will soon be accessible through Sify Home Broadband, Sify.com, mobile phones and the Cloud connection device.
Speaking at the launch, Mr. Raju Vegesna, Chairman and Managing Director, Sify Technologies Ltd, said, "Having completed a phase of restructuring and consolidation, Sify is now all set to unveil its new consumer business strategy. Get a host of offerings like ticket bookings, mobile recharge, online tests, bill payments, ISD calls, gaming, etc.
Pay cash for online transactions - no fear of online payments or credit card requirements
Work in a secure online environment - in line with statutory regulations
