The online printer unitedprint.com SE, which operates one of the
globally strongest brands in internet printing with print24, is
continuing its rapid rate of growth with order book, turnover and profit
in robust double-digit figures.

After investments at the level of more than 10 million euros in the
field of printing technology in the previous year this year the
unitedprint Group is consolidating its Postpress in order to make it
possible to provide even higher quality with even shorter delivery times.

In the first six months of 2011 the focus was on production optimization
and the improvement of customer service. As a consequence delivery times
were reduced as were also the number of complaints which came down to
less than 1 percent. In the meantime 99.99% of all orders reach the
customer within, or even earlier than the expected delivery deadline. In
addition, in 2011 almost all products went down in price, in fact in the
express field the reductions were as high as up to 20%. That's why it is
no surprise that customer satisfaction levels are so excellent.
Evidently 97% of all customers would recommend print24.

It was in particular, with the Company's demands for the future in mind,
that Jan Stradtmann was appointed to the Board of Directors, concluding
thereby a comprehensive restructuring of the Management. The 41- year
old has already been responsible, since October 2010, for the financial
department at unitedprint.com SE. "For the second half of the year 2011
we have set our targets particularly high. We will continue to drop our
prices and, yet again, we will reduce delivery times. We are also
reinforcing our growth on the international front. Now, this summer, we
are in the process of starting up with our print24 portal in Slovenia,
Slovakia and Hungary. In so doing we are bearing in mind our target of
employing a staff of 1,000 employees and achieving a turnover of over
100 million euros - and that is within the foreseeable future!"
